The Key Accounts Executive is responsible to sustain a long term business partnership with the most important clients of the company. Key Accounts are the priority customer for the company. Key Accounts Executive is expected to manage all business activities and proactively offer support for anticipated needs.



  • Meeting company goals by building post-sales relationship with Key Accounts
  • Support clients in achieving their targets with guidance from Senior Management while ensuring smooth coordinating with support departments
  • Signing agreement for onboarding of Key Accounts
  • Guide Network Operations Center with interconnection
  • Making business post-sales proposals, coordinating win-win deal with counterparts by agreeing on revenue and destination pricing
  • Issue customer rates and update key account’s offered rates on system
  • Cost improvement to maximize company’s margins
  • Coordination with network operations center for resolving technical issues, provisioning and routing of traffic
  • Coordinate with finance and billing teams for credit limits and monitoring of account balance
  • Daily monitoring of Key Accounts performance and preparing reports to balance inbound and outbound traffic
  • Forecasting and analysis of business deals with key accounts
  • Converting leads into profitable business



  • Masters/Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
  • Must have 2-3 years of experience at similar position
  • Must have good command on MS Office
  • Must have business acumen
  • Ability to read between the lines
  • Should have interpersonal and business negotiation skills
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to back company management in C-Level negotiations
